What about a Dragon? There was one at the end of Season Five, and in the last episode of Angel...
As for Wizard, that reminds me of Rack... he could create a power buff to a creature, but he ends up tapped in the process...

Hang on, Amy turned into a rat... I think there is potential there. I also think that zombies could be created by a mask artefact card, like the one in Season Three, where there was a mask turning anything dead into a zombie, if you remember...

Hmm... there is certainly some potential for some rare lands. Perhaps a set of dual lands based on the locations but perhaps also some 'activated ability' lands that are more thematic?
The dual lands... are they something like Shock lands, or slower acting, like Scry lands?
The Bronze, Sunnydale Library, Doublemeat Palace all spring to mind...

Hmm I'm not sure - you could make an argument for scry but you could also make an argument for the Innistrad dual lands - untapped if a basic of one of the two types is present - tapped if not?
I think the Innistrad route is a good one. You know, when I have full internet again, I will need to compile this, see what we have got... I think it is getting interesting.

I just tought of another tribal option, one staring us in the face... humans. Makes sense, doesn't it? And maybe there are spells to turn them into vampires, werewolves and the such, and some spells to act as a cure?

Just remembered... there was a Gem of Amarra, or some such. It was in a ring. Made a vampire indestructible.
So... what about an Artifact Equipment, and when equiped to a vampire makes them indestructible? Of course, the artifact itself can be destroyed and exiled...
